I get an error when I try to print a report. Cause: The Standards Manager uses Crystal Reports to produce the reporting features. There are some 3rd party products that also use Crystal Reports within them, but their installation causes corruption in the registry which prevents the Standards Manager from printing. Solutions: 1) You can install the Crystal Reports Runtime viewer separately Crystal Reports 2008 Runtime Viewer On Windows Vista and Windows 7 that you right-click the downloaded package and run it as the administrator. 2) Install the Standards Manager on a PC that does not have one of the offending 3rd party applications with Crystal Reports installed. If you need assistance in moving your data to a new PC in order to print reports, please contact us.
